Employment Requirements
To complete the application process, you will need to present the forms/information identified below that correspond to the position you seek.
:: Certificated Staff ::
Positions that require licensing by the Massachusetts Department of Education (i.e., teachers, administrators, etc.) are referred to as "certificated" positions. In order to apply for a certificated position, please, examine the requirements below. The application forms are to the right under "employment forms." (All forms are in PDF format.)
- A completed and signed certificated staff application
If hired, you will need the following forms:
- A completed and signed W-4
- A completed and signed I-9 (Employment Eligibility) with backup identification
- Official transcripts from undergraduate and grauate schools
- A completed and signed Criminal Offender Record Information Form
:: Classified Staff ::
Positions that do not require licensing by the Massachusetts Department of Education (i.e., clerical, aides, maintenance, etc.) are referred to as "classified" positions. In order to apply for a classified position, please, examine the requirements below. The application forms are to the right under "employment forms." (All forms are in PDF format.)

- Retirement Board New Member Enrollment Form
- Retirement Beneficiary Form
:: Substitute Teaching ::

- Transcript evidence of the equivalent of two (2) years of college (60 credits) for substitute teaching applicants
